1. Do not post off-topic messages or attachments (except in the 'General Discussion & Chat' forum or any of the non-English speaking forums).

2. Do not post discriminating messages of ethnic, sexual or any other kind of nature. You will be warned via email by one of the board admins/moderators if any such post occurs. Any further violation of this rule will get you banned from the board.

3. Do not cross-post. Putting your message/question in one forum should do the trick. One exception is allowed in case a message is posted in both an English speaking forum and non-English speaking forum. In that case, the message in the English speaking forum must be in English.

4. Do not post explicit advertisements in any other forums than 'General Discussion', '3rd Party Products' or any of the non-English language forums. Spamming any of non-English speaking forums with predominantly English advertisements will not be tolerated.

5. Do not post fake job offers or vacancies. Violation of this rule will get you banned immediately.

6. Be polite and respectful in your messages.

7. Use of attachments is allowed but limited to the file types specified and with a maximum size of 4MB per attachment and with a maximum of 5 attachments per message. Attachments that violate any of other posting rules may be deleted by the board admins/moderators.

8. Use of custom avatars is disallowed. We do however have a very large selection of avatars for you to choose from!

9. Do complete your user profile with regards to the Baan software version, Database software and OS version. This will help other members when diagnosing your problem.

10. Do use the search engine to look for known solutions before asking your question on the board.

11. Use only english in the english speaking forums (=forums which do not specifically allow another language).

12. Do not request for Baan source codes, either online or offline the bulletin board.

Wiki

1. The general purpose of the Twiki is to provide valuable information and documentation. Therefore do not post topics of following nature in the Wiki:

• advertisements
• discriminating topics
• topics of sexual nature

2. Do not post information that is copyrighted in some way unless you have explicit authorization of the copyright owner to do so.

3. Do not attach files to topics that have no direct bearing with it.

4. The use of English is encouraged but members are not limited to it.
