The Infor Baan / LN Functional Consultant reports to the Managing Consultant and is responsible for providing consulting services to a variety of clients with varied requirements. This includes providing training and consulting services to clients remotely and on-site. This position is responsible for providing the best possible client services, including but not limited to:

• Assessing client requirements
• Gathering and documenting related client policies and practices
• Identifying client issues and opportunities
• Developing solutions that appropriately address identified issues and opportunities
• Delivering required consulting and training services

This role is responsible for providing services to support clients’ teams, assess system functionality, and analyze business processes including but not limited to:

• Identify needed customizations, adjust Manufacturing, Logistics, Inventory Control, and Finance module parameters, and load related data
• Review current business processes including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and conversion of raw materials to finished goods
• Recommend appropriate changes to business processes
• Assist with validating the data migration and the implementation of new business processes and systems
• Review transfer orders between business units, synchronization of items, and foreign exchange
• Provide training clients’ teams as required

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience with Infor Baan / LN
• Minimum 3 years' experience in business process analysis
• Minimum 5 years' experience in manufacturing, logistics, warehouse, distribution, and finance
• In-depth knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications
• Minimum 5 years of related work experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
