Mission and Goals…

The focus area is about strengthening aftermarket service operations through deployment of strategic information solutions. The goal is to be the first choice for assistance in the analysis, evaluation, presentation, development and implementation of information solutions to facilitate profitable aftermarket business strategies.

Why I Exist…

Aftermarket Service is a growing industry and the extended Infor ERP LN Service suite is ready to meet the market needs. At the same time the aftermarket business is still a development area for most of the extended Infor organization/network. Past and recent experiences as product manager in Infor have learned that knowledge and eye for details in combination with teamwork mentality can make the difference between success and failure. I am in a position where I can bring a combination of industry expertise on encountered best practices, deep domain expertise on aftermarket solutions and a strong bias for teamwork.

What I Seek to Achieve…

Roll-out activities - Provide and facilitate the best possible product demonstrations, workshops and trainings for Infor’s aftermarket solution suite.Optimization Service - Maximize system utilization by facilitating full understanding of standard system functionality and customer needs throughout the process of needs analysis, solution design and implementation.Create References - Focus on strategies to reach and achieve showcase results in the entire community of Infor ERP LN Service customers. Team Culture - Create reputation for successful solution deployment through shared “success model”. Effective solution deployment is much like a team sport. All achievements will be a result of bringing an effective team together to leverage and build on each others skills/strengths in a customer focused environment.  

About me…


I have more than thirteen years of experience in the ICT industry with leading solution providers. Last seven years in driving and executing product management investment decisions as well as organizing release rollout for global software solutions in the market-niche for Aftermarket Service Solutions.

Rewarding experiences come from working with industry leading corporations such as Tyco, Rolls Royce, Stihl, Snap On and ABB and drive investments in key differentiating capabilities.

The go-forward objective is to leverage this knowledge, experience and commitment to drive successful customer deployments of strategic information solutions for aftermarket.
