report layout for multi detail information

I have a report (purchase schedule) that I want to modify. I dont have the session script, but have access to the report script.

Currently the report prints with header information and detail information.
I need to add to the footer? another set of information from another table (Receiving information)

So I need to write the first detail, but after that is written, there are muliple lines that need to be written from another table.

example:

Supplier :123456
Item :123456789 "Before.field"
Cont/Posi:1000/10

week 32 150 pcs
week 33 180 pcs "Detail.1"
week 34 300 pcs

********BELOW IS WHAT I NEED TO ADD TO MY REPORT*******
Receiving information
ASN 12321 123 PCS
ASN 3322 600 PCS
ASN 1212 800 PCS

When I enter this as footer information, I only get the last ASN information. How do I get all 3 ASN's to show on the report?

Layout.again

I have not tried this with a report footer, but you could try layout.again. You can search the tools forum for posts on this subject. I am just not sure this will work with the footer layout.

Or you could probably use
spool commands. I have used both methods. If it is the report footer then I would use the spool commands.

Hi leena,

Yes, after.field will solve the problem but will be printed after layout & Depending on data this may be printed at footer or on next page.

after.field does not repeat

The after.field does not repeat. If there are multiple records for the item, it only writes the last record.

Hi,

Try by Selecting records again from the table in report script under after.field layout where delivery is greater then zero.

Regards
