Smile Importing item data from CSV file

Dear all,

We figured that constructing API program to import item data from a CSV file would probably be rather too complicated. Can anybody say that we'd be safe if we import these items through Exchange on the following tables alone ?
  • tcibd001 general item data
  • tdisa001 item sls data
  • tiipd001 item prod data
  • whwmd400 item WH data
  • tcibd007 item costing data
  • tdipu001 item pur data
  • tcibd200 item ordering data
  • cprpd100 item planning data
We don't use Projects, Services. By the way, do you think we need tdipu010 item supplier information too? Thank you very much

Rgds,
Paul

Thumbs up

Don't forget to fill the tiitm100 table ( relations between item/containers) to prevent errors afterwards! This table has a 1:1 relation with tiitm001.

Good Luck

JP
