Bug Fix Upgrade: vbulletin 2.2.9

Hi all,

We upgraded the bulletin board to version 2.2.9 of the vbulletin software which we hope will be the last and final version (again!) before the the completely new version 3 comes out next year. There are no new features, just a number of fixes for smaller security issues and bugs.

Please report any problems with the board directly to me!

No, it's something I missed in the upgrade yesterday. It should be fixed now
