This is an interesting poll but it would even be more interesting if people would specify from which position they are voting for which option. I would like to see a correct appreciation for skills and experience from the people who pull the strings.

Also, in general, I think the answer is both - you want experienced people, but you also want younger people that can eventually take over for the experienced people when the experienced people are starting to leave the workforce.

Indeed. I have seen experienced folks only rely on resources. In that regard If they are not performing & being a Senior in the brigade what are they bringing? In that case Younger people should get a chance.
