Why do you want to block a session for a super-user?

You can just create a role with all the access except that session and link it to the user.

Bhushans solution is not a viable option. I assume that user must do system administration tasks. To be able to run software imports or create runtime DD, you need to be a super user.
Maybe you can do something with the read permissions on the form dump.

Yes. Jaap is right. I assumed the user to be someone like a Head of Dept, VP etc who doesn't need to perform any administrative tasks. But, if if the Super User plays the role of administrating as well , you may have two options -

1. Use DFE to set the permissions on form
2. Use customizations

In case the super user you are referring to is just a standard LN user with the permissions of every session, you can go with the first advice I gave.
