authorise user to receive selected items
Baan: ERP LN 6.1 FP9 (Infor ERP 10.3)

hi,

would like to find out how to authorize users to do receiving based on selected items only

Baan: LN 10.4 - DB: Oracle - OS: HP-Unix
You can definitely control that by Using, Roles in AMS(Authorization Management system)..
Create a Role with general Authorization in Sessions,then at company level and then at Table level..

Then finally you create Table data Authorization for Warehouse receipts table and only allow that item..
