I am facing a bshell error code 0 (never seen it so far) Oracle

Errno 0 bdb_errno 0

yes I have seen the timeout, so you are saying that the client has 60 minutes of inactivity - OK.

but practically, what should I ensure - user side?

Try finding session timeout on the board and you will get multiple threads.

Here's one of that stating how to set it. If user does not wishes to see it, you can increase or suprress it. But just bear in mind, if you don't do it, licenses will be consumed by orphan bshell processess.

based on your Company security and licensing rules, maybe there the 60 minutes timeout is set global in
$BSE/lib/Defaults/all
