Hi George
I need to print Baan output using customer preprinted paper
Now I use ghostscript and a java program( itext baseb) to convert the baan postscript output to a pdf and merge that pdf with a background pdf( customers paper)
Can that also be accomplished by your product ? Its all unix and linux
What does it cost?
I was a bit confused by your website nazdaq
plaese let me know

Best regards

Hi,
Yes. I believe our tool can help you.
The design it self needs to be built once on a windows machine, then it can be used on UNIX or Linux.
I will contact you in a private message / email and send you more details.
Regards,
- George

Hoi Gerard, can you tell me how your conversion is done? We are looking for a way to merge variable PDF's into one PDF for printing in the rights sequence from LN, but it restricts running background processess due to the new product strategy and roadmap.

Groeten Gerard

Groeten Gerard but please stick to English - I will leave the post, but in the future please post in English. I ran it thru a quick online translator:

I have created a job output device calling a unix script
I scan the pre-printed fact paper as pdf and disturb it on the server
As a parameter, I give a lnk to the output invoice pfd
Then I call a java prg that adds the pre-printed invoice pdf as the background to the invoice pdf.
The result PDF I sent to the printer,
This is the global story, if you want to know the details, I have to dig a bit deep

Thanks Mark, sorry, I kind of triggered him

Thanks Gerard, "java" was the key, there are several ways to go, but we will do the own development based on the iTextSharp library.
