Problems with Doclink
One of the less brilliant parts of the Infor support site ist the feature to search Baan documentation online (Doclink / Cyberdocs).
I always have problems with this tool: either I get error messages from my browser, or I do not find the documents that I search.
I know there are some browser settings necessary to work with Doclink, e.g. enabling cookies, setting certain sites as trusted sites etc., of course depending on your general security settings.
Since Infor launched the new portal inforxtreme, I can not search for documents any more, I get the error message attached.
Am I the only one having problems with doclink? Can anyone give some tips on browser settings that are necessary to get doclink to work?
