How to operate the undo production order complete?

Hi, every body !
I am using the BaaN IVc , I have a production order which is report complete twice time . it can not be closed for too much customized item to be built. I was told that it can be fixed by undo operation complete. but I don't know how to perform that. It's a little bit tricky somehow. Is there someone who have this kind of experience ? Thanks!

Regards
Armstrong

Baan: All - DB: - - OS: -
Are you sure you have your terminology correct?
You can only complete a production order once. Twice sounds like you did somethhing else.
Once you have completed a production order you can not return the status to active. Only closed back to completed. (General table maintenace being the only way to change it back to active)

well , the scenario is something like these:
When I report production order complete, for some reason I don't know , I seems report too many product to complete. For example, it only produce one handrail , but I seems report 2 handrails, and in the button 'complete' , it shows yes, but baan tell me you can not report this order to complete.
So, somebody tell me you can undo report completion to resolve it. But I don't know how to do that.
Hope you or someone can help me.

regards

Quantity Reported in Operations?

Did you check which quantity was reported in the operations? You may not report a higher quantity for the whole order than you reported in the operations.

armiewei,

Do you have people reporting production completions via HRA? If they report production complete in both areas I have seen where you can get multiple postings for the same component.

Nope, normally We only report order complete through tisfc0202m000, and don't touch something else. Only when the hour is wrongly backflushed, but we need to close the order correctly, we would enter correctionn in tihra1101m000.
