Question Changing / Deleting an Order Type
Baan: Other/Unknown

We have just started off a new company. A Sales order was entered into the system using an Order Type called SB.

We then realized that we wanted different Order Steps to follow for that Order Type, they cannot be changed.

I created a New Order Type with the Steps I wanted ( called SRB ), copied the Sales Order to new Order Type and deleted old Sales Order.

Now I want to kill off old Order Type SB ...

I cannot change or delete the old SB Order Type. I presume history written somewhere is preventing this.

Anyone have any ideas where I should be looking at editing tables to allow me to change / delete the old Order Type ?

OK. I deleted the references in 050 and 051. Unfortunately, the order Type is still locked ...

Any additional tables I should look into ?

Use Tools session to figure out

Try executing session Print Ref. to Parent , session code in baan 5 is ttaad4229m000

This session is also available in baan 4. In case there is a diff. in session code due to baan 4 and baan 5, look out for session under Menu

Database Manageent --- > Misc ----> Print Ref. to Parent
This session will expect a base table to start of where the data is still present, then it gives a output as to where all places the Particular Sales
Order Type is used.

Hope it helps to some extent.
