Multi Company Structure in BaaN

Hi..

At present, we have single logistic single finance company in our orgsnisation.
All our users from diffferent offices login our server at Mumbai through static IP address..They enter data and generate sales invoices.. They print reports also. But balance sheet is being generated only at our Mumbai office..Items, customers & suppliers are same..

Now our other offices are demanding separate companies (branch office wise).

Would anybody pl inform

the various type of company structures in BaaN and its applications...In which circumtances they are desired...for eg

Single logistics Single Finance company
Single logistics Multi Finance company
Multi Logistics single finnace company
Multy Logistics Multy Finance Company.

there is documentation available from baan: U7031B US User Manual Multisite Baan IV c4

My latest information:
You need one home currency for all companies. (Maybe you can overule this with the multicurrency extension of baan->no extensions allowed).
