Default Button Action

I created a special button (Button Default) on option 38 using the BaaN 4c4 form editor to obtain a default action when a double click is used on a record.

The reason of defining the special button option is that normally the continue button is located to the right of the data and therefore will mask the complete right side of the form and the area cannot be used for data. Using the special button command in the form editor the location of the button can be defined. However, the default attribute of this button does not seem to work.

Any suggestions?

default button

If the button is defined in session ttadv3114s000 then the right side of the screen will be emptied to make room for this button.

Attempted to defined a custome position on the form of the button in the edit form session utilizing a special field which opens up session ttadv3103s000. The default parameter does not seem to funcion on this form.
Any suggestions?

go to Maintain form part and open Spec.Options add option 48 . After that from form editor add your special button with option 48. In your source script,
you can use followings to use your default button. Try it !
