Print a PDF file as last page in a BaaN report

Hi,

Does anybody know how to print a pdf file as the last page in a report ?
The last page number must appear on it.
Example: I have a report issued from BaaN which contains 3 pages and I want to print an external PDF file as the forth page of this report.

Thank you,

Well I suppose in the report script you can always the after.report section to use app_start to print the report. Or maybe it would just be the print command. I guess it would depend on the location of the PDF. If you can print it from a windows command prompt or from a unix shell you can probably create something (.bat or shell script) to run the appropriate print command.

My latest mantra - make sure you have latest stpapi patches and the latest session object. If on LN then please explore the option of using DAL2 functionality.

Hi Bogdan,

You can create an after report in your Baan report and use a shell command in the report script f.i. lp -d {spool.device} {filename}. Actually two reports are printed directly after one other.

Succes

John
