Question Help! Problem about Pur. Back order when mtn. receipt

We meet several cases about the same problem:
The order quantity of purchase order is 60, receipt quantity is 51, the back order quantity should be 9. But after maintain receipt, the back order quantity is 0. The user who maintain receipt has no authorization to modify back order quantity at all, so I checked tdpur051, and found there's one record with quantity = -9, and login account is just the one who maintain receipt in Baan. I checked supplier data, and the back order = yes.
We use Baan IV, remote connect to Baan Server oversea. We tried to simulate the problem with the user account but seems no error. Can anybody help me? Thanks!

Check that if the person is having the write authorization for the table tdpur041, since if doesn't, then he won't be able to have the back orders in the same.
