How do I copy exchange schemes (again).

Hi,

I'm trying to copy all the exchange schemes from company 900 on server A to company 910 on server B.
I'm using bdbpre & -post to export/import the following tabels:
tttxt001, tttxt002, tttxt003, tttxt004, tttxt005,
tttxt006, tttxt007, tttxt008, tttxt010, tttxt012,
tttxt016, tttxt030, tuxch001, tuxch002, tuxch003,
tuxch004, tuxch005, tuxch006, tuxch008, tuxch009,
tuxch010, tuxch011, tuxch012, tuxch013, tuxch014,
tuxch017, tuxch021, tuxch022, tuxch031, tuxch032,
tuxch050, tuxch051, tuxch052, tuxch053, tuxch054,
tuxch055, tuxch060, tuxch061, tuxch901, tuxch902,
tuxch905, tuxch906.
After bdbpost the tabels are loaded but when I try to use session tttxt1210m000 to remove unused text, it removes ALL texts (txt010 is empty afterwards). No text links are found.
Does anybody know what I'm missing here ?

YES !

Thanks Gerhard,

I updated the reference counters and used tttxt1210m000 to remove the unused text and now everything is just how I want it !
Now I can use this method to periodicly copy our exchange schemes company.

thanks,

Walter

Be careful! If the text numbers used for the exchange condition scripts exist in the destination company, you might be overwriting these with those from the source company. It happened to me once, where a user, instead of seeing the work instruction on an order, got one of the scripts in the text editor!

Yes, I know

Nico,

I am familiar with this danger. We use separate companies for our exchange schemes.
The company I was copying contained some rubbish from the past (about 6700 records).
The destination exchange scheme company will always be overwritten to prevent problems with the text numbers.
