User Information fields

Can't we make userinformation fields like BaaN version, SP, Database type & operating system mandatory at user level or at thread level.

No, unfortunately not. However, we have made those fields mandatory at registration recently. So any new users signing up must complete these fields from now on.

This thread is a good reminder again for those who didn't do it yet!
