No permission to change password

Hello all,

I have as a super user no permissions to change the password in the WEB UI. Even users who have permission there (ttstppwdchange) get an error.

It says every time that you have no permissions on session ttstppwdaginga. However, this session does not tell me anything. First of all I am super user and I don't understand this problem?

Has anyone had this before?
