Some Generic Items was generated in the Planned Production Orders
Baan: ERP LN 6.1 FP11 (Infor ERP 10.5)

Dear Advisors,

we met a problem when we generate the planned orders (cprrp1210m000). As my understandings, the Generic Items should not be generated planned orders, but we found that some Generic Items were generated to planned orders.

Thanks in Advance!

Planned orders foOBr generic items

This may happen, if there are some generic items in the lines of your generic BOM.
You should check following fields for these lines in your generic BOM:
  • Planning quantity
  • Planning percentage
If one of these fields is not 0, the generic item in this line will cause a planned order in enterprise planning.
For more information please check the online-help for these fields.
