print session in jobs takes to long

I have jobs we execute by a batchfile in windows task scheduler.
it takes 30 minutes for some printsessions to complete!
If i execute the session mannualy on the server it takes 5 seconds.
because there are a lot of printsessions the job takes to long to complete.
Is there any way to see or log whats happening in the task?
there is nothing in the eventlog. I kind of think the bwprint is causing this but can't be sure.
any help would be much appriciated !
