Generation of E-Item by MBC
Baan: ERP LN 6.1 FP11 (Infor ERP 10.5)

Hi Everyone!

I'm currently exploring the Engineering Data Management module in LN 10.5. I'm done with the Changing EBOMs - Manual procedure as well as Changing EBOMs - Semi-automatic procedure, the two process were successful, and now I'm having difficulties with the Changing EBOMs - Automatic procedure. Listed below are the errors that i encountered during the automatic procedure. Can someone explain to me what triggers these errors?

Generation of E-Item by MBC (Error Messages)
1.The New component and the Parent E-Item are identical.
2. The Component field has an invalid value in Engineering BOM.
3. MBC actions may not be relevant to EBOMs to be changed
