Baan: B4,B50C, LN FP1-FP10 - DB: SQL Server , Oracle - OS: Window , Unix , AIX
RHEL7 & Oracle 12 C
Baan: Other/Unknown
DB: Other/Unknown
OS: Other/Unknown
C/S: None/Unknown

Hi, all,

Did somebody tried to install the LN on rhel7 & Oracle 12C?

I found when run the create table session, it became very slowly, which takes 4-5 times of speed on SQL server. (Same CPU, same memory, same SSD).

Any suggestion on it?

Thanks.

Jeffers

There is a specific problem with 12C... refer KB 1643631 if it helps.

oirfeodent,
Thanks a lot for your update.
And unlucky, I am using 12CR2, in that KB, it said the performance issue had been solved for the new version oracle. But, it does not.

Hi, Brendan,
It seems clearly that using unicode method, it caused the performance issue, especial when inserting data.
Hope you have any ideas on it.

Thanks.
