ION Document Flow Error

Hi,
Getting error in last application connection activity in document flow "Incoming document 'Sync.CompAndSkillForm" cannot consumed by connection point 'DGHR-IOBox'

Could someone please guide where to look and possible reason to get this error.

Has the connection point for DGHR-IOBox this document (Sync.CompAndAkillForm) defined as incoming document?
