Hi All,

There is a customized sessions which generates sales invoices at particular location using devices with customized 3gl programing attached to it. Its being added to baan job and tested through activate job, it is working fine and when triggered through windows scheduler its not able to generate invoices at specified locations. I have enclosed errors captured in event viewer for reference.

Thanks in advance.

Can you attach errors, please?
Did you run "activate job" with the same user, which starts this job?

Problem ist that you use local sequential file function, that only works with the bw Client, but if you start the Job on the Server by queue than you do not have a bw Client.
You have to replace the local file functions by server side funtions,

i found this in your Event log:

Can not continue in otdpurstpcon1 in DLL: ottdllbw (seq.open.local)[last function:get.object]
Stack trace (package combination '40c4PRDM'):

and in your script you are also using the function server2client . This is a function which works with the Baan Windows Client,

Is the Job Daemon running? And also the syntax in the Windows Scheduler needs to be very accurate and specific, otherwise the Job doesnt get triggered.

Check settings, user and password must be OK. Did you check option "Run whether is user logged or not"? Check all other settings, check Triggers and Action tab, ...
