Hello,

just go to the Infor Extreme and search vor JVIMPORT or JIMPRT. This will provide a standard Exchange Scheme. This might need some changes dependent on the file content you use. That certainly is the most straight forward way I could think of.

Hello,

all you need is to create a single file (e.g. CSV) for all 3 mandatory tables. Once you have uploaded/filled the 3 tables you can use LN standard Session tfgld2215m000 which creates a Batch once it is run. You ougth to use the option "Check" upon running this session as it will give you valuable information if anything is wrong (e.g. Account blocked, Dimension not available, etc.).

Hello,

just run daxch0202m000 (Print ASCII File) which will show you the position of each field you are importing. Obviousley there is a mismatch of the JVIMPRT Asci file and your file.

Hello,

if you do delete the imported batch you can keep the identification no. in each batch you do import. If you are looking for more somthing automatic you will have to modify the JVIMPRT exchange. Just incorporate a condition that will create the next id. Simple thing to realise.

dear,

just to update , i already success import journal to the system.

here the solution

"" error series not define , Original transaction missing "
( must add in series no field in ascii file field )

"" error transaction date ""

( must correct the date format ..im using ddmmyyyy )

SUCCESS..

close issue..

anyway tq Kaibou for helping me...

regards
