Crystal ActiveX viewer requires user/pass

Hi all,

We want to move our Crystal reports website to another server from the original Baan server. Doing tests we found that it requires user/password to access baan db when opening reports from the new server. See picture.

Does anyone know why?

Hi all,

I see that the initial question was complicated or not detailed enough.
Can someone who's using Crystal through ODBC and with ActiveX viewer share screenshots of Security settings in SQL server, BUILTIN\Administrators in particular?

I'm missing something because I tried everything and IIS still doesn't pass user/password to SQL. Can be difference in bit (32 vs 64), or maybe XP IIS cannot communicate with SQL 2008 R2. Ended up with creating user in SQL that has reader rights only and passing the credentials in URL link like ...reportname.rpt?user=username&password=password
