Default Date on Form
Baan: ERP LN 6.1 FP3
DB: Other/Unknown
OS: Other/Unknown
C/S: None/Unknown

I want to create a default date on a form to be a fixed date, i.e. 01/01/2038. How do I accomplish this and make the field display only.

Form

In BaanIV you can code the default value and make it display. In LN I figured it out. We set a default value on the in the Form Field and then set it to display by putting 0 Input/Ref Expression in the Misc tab.

Hi
You Can Try This Go To Form Layout,
If Date Is Utc Format , Then In Form Field You Write Utc() And Then Make Field Display
If Date Is Not Utc , U Write Date()

date()

Hi,

just tried this in Baan IV and it seems to work:

Edit form field and enter date(2038,1,1) as default.
