The inability to execute

Baan's big problem is its inability to execute, lacking a strong sales and marketing team. It had lost the market to the big names as well as the smaller coming ups. It has announced a lot new products, but it does not seem how it has good strategy to gain new customers with these products.
Gone, its golden days.
