List of Dead Stock Items

In Baanerp , In our environment, very often cycle counting , warehouse transfers, for all items done.
1.I have tried items with last transaction date, I could'nt get any items, because it may be in warehouse transfers/ cycle counting.

2. I have tried for the items having inventory which don't have allocation, on order, onhold, then also I find some items were in allocation and or in order.

which logic will work out to take the dead stock items list .
