i would like to know how much does it cost to implement baan erp latest with 15 users in India.package to include finance,sales,purchase,production and payroll with backup or DR server

I am not sure you will get an answer to this question. Implementation costs can vary greatly. Then you have server costs, licensing, etc.

My latest mantra - make sure you have latest stpapi patches and the latest session object. If on LN then please explore the option of using DAL2 functionality.

The best approach is to ask BAAN India. The last that I know, they had an office in SEEPZ in Andheri (East) Mumbai.

Ask them for a quotation. Of course, this needs to be handled by a management level person, in case you are not the manager. And that too, after at least a preliminary approval from your Company's General Manager.

You are planning on implementing an enterprise-wide system, so it is going to involve a lot of people.

I do not believe BAAN has Payroll modules. But I am out of touch with the latest of BAAN.
