1 - Select the Print option to see if shows more information in the output window.
2 - From the old programmer's manual -
Quote:
39 EL3HLT - Level 3 halted
Description:
This error indicates XXXXXXXXXXXXX.
Solution:
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
3 - Is that your custom PMC solution?

Unfortunately, the "PRINT" option does not give us any information.
There is nothing in the Event Viewer or Log files.
This is our custom solution.
This is the second solution on the new VRC because the first one was all the components of the new package transferred from another server. The first solution was installed with no problems.
Other solutions to other VRCs install normally - for example, solution for tt, ta, bo, B6125

Re-export your solution with PMC version in Base VRC Combination (ttpmc0111m000) set to 41.

I solved the problem.
I thought that the porting set upgrade would help but unfortunately not, but when I uninstalled the latest tools solution 10.7.4.1 everything returned to normal and works.
