error 205 (out of range)

getting below error while loading data..

log message: Row Action 'insert (bfrd)' failed on table because of data constraint _index1 = 31399..

but i could see records with similar value on index1.. what could be the reason..

I would check each value on that index and make sure they all are valid values for each field. Are there any helpful messages in the oracle log?
