Dear forum members. I am new with BAAN IV and I am wondering if documents can be attached to purchase orders so all information is linked tot the PO in BAAN instead of keeping a digital archive with relevant information of PO's stored in BAAN. I used to work with SAP and they have an option to create attachements to the order so when viewing the order you can also find the quotation, order confirmation or other relevent documents.
We use Infor ECM to store our attachements. In that tool you can attach documents to a lot of different entities within Baan (purchase orders, sales orders, customers, suppliers, items etc.)
