non-posted trans in tfgld416-Close Period

Hi,
during period closing, showing error in tfgld416(Non posted Integration Trans).
Did mapping for the same, & ran Post integration trans but got no message for Posted Trans as no new batch is created.

Ran Close Period again,still getting same error.

Kindly advise.

If you still see record in tfgld416, means it is not posted and you ay have to find the reason for the same. What foes tfgld410 states?
It looks mapping is still not defined. Check the mapping again.

Hello,

Please make a cross cross check with the tables tfgld410, tfgld417 and tfgld418. These tables should contain the same transactions that you have in tfgld416. Maybe there is an incinsistency.

Hi,

Search the records in tfgld416 table for all type of transaction and log date lying in period range, check Integration Transation Status of found records in tfgld418 table for following cases

1. Status 'Not for Finance' - Delete record from tfgld416 through GTM.
2. Status 'Unposted' - Transaction need to be posted to finance through session tfgld4201m000
3. Status 'Erroneous' - Check error log in tfgld4532m00 and resolve it before posting the trasaction to finance.
4. Status 'Posted'- Delete record from tfgld416 through GTM.
