Fatal Error (3034) Unable to establish connection

Hi,

We have installed OW Adapter 2.7 on BaanIV & Integration 6.2 (6.2.11).
When we open the APS ITK (2.4 - SP3) configurator the following error is thrown. (Bus components configured through CCC using XML file based directory service)

" Unable to retrive information from the adapter.
Fatal Error (3034) Unable to create connection.
Context : Openworld or BaanERP Error = Did you specify a valid directory service?"

What are we missing?
