We shared the same logistics company with our sister company in the USA. There are cases where USA transfer inventory from their warehouse to our warehouse in Asia.

Before Asia site can use these inventories, they need to do a QC inspection.

How can we go about this ?

Its is possible in LN. First you have enable inspection ahainst Warehouse Order Type. Then what you have to do is to maintain Quality Combination for Origin "Warehouse Transfer" beside maitaining other Quality Management masters in LN.

QM only applicable for not manual orders

QM inspection is indeed not possible for manual warehousing transfers orders. You are only able to generate QM inspections against transfer orders.
