Baan: B50b - DB: DB4 - OS: OS400, UNIX
No data after index creation
Baan: iBaanERP 5.0b
C/S: None/Unknown

I create a new index in tdsls401, but when I try to access data throught this index there is no records with ttaad4100. If I access data with another index there is no problem.

This problem is only in one company the other ones go well.

What is the problem? How I repair it?

Thank you in advance,

Did CRDD get completed and did you log out and back in? Sounds like you did, but thought I should mention it. You can try ttaad4225m000 to repair and re-org the table.

I usually run it with Data and indexes, plus reference integrity and repair reference counter. I also have only run this in test companies and our app admin runs in production.

As far as I know - yes. They should be out of Baan. I would run it in test first. This basically unloads the table and reloads the table.

No, it is not duplicate. The new index has cwar + index1.

Thank you

Hi,
As per your query This problem is only in one company the other ones go well.
can you be more specific. Is your logistic table is shared through out all company.

If it is so than you have to take sequential dump of table from all company and delete tables. then re-configure and re-login and create table.

Baan: All - DB: Oracle / MS SQL / DB2 - OS: All
Can you see the index in DB4?

Are there any errors in your log.<driver> or log.reconfig files?

It could just be the shared memory and restarting baan might fix it. or (i'm not 100% sure on AS400 but i think DB4 is level 1 driver) in which case that index might not have gotten created correctly.

Dave
