Brendan Shine is on a distinguished road
Baan: LN, Vc&b, IVc4, IVc3, IVb, Triton 3.1b - DB: Informix 7.31 FC6, Oracle 7,8,9,10 - OS: HP-UX 11, AIX, Dynix/ptx 4.4.4
Oracle 12 Instant Client
Baan: ERP LN 6.1 FP9 (Infor ERP 10.3)
DB: Oracle 11gR2
OS: Other/Unknown
C/S: None/Unknown

Just curious if anybody is using Oracle Instant Client with their ERP application? If so, what has been your experience?
Instant Client has smaller # of binaries vs. Standard client.
Benefit is smaller footprint and more secure since reduced binary exposure.
Infor replied that they haven't done any testing with the Oracle Instant Client so while it might work, it is not officially supported.
