tdpur051 - Purchase Order Line History - What do fields Seq. # and Record Type Mean?

On the table tdpur051 - purhase order lines history , there are two fields - Sequence Number (.sern) and Record Type (.ckor).

What do these fields stand for and how can they be used?

What does it mean when different records in the table have different combinations of these two fields?

ex:

.sern = 0 ; .ckor = 1
.sern = 0 ; .ckor = 2
.sern = 0 ; .ckor = 3
.sern = 1 ; .ckor = 1
.sern = 1 ; .ckor = 2
.sern = 1 ; .ckor = 3

Thanks,
Ajit.
