FrankManders is on a distinguished road
Baan: LN, Baan IV, Baan 5 - DB: - - OS: Unix, Windows, Linux
I agree: Baan knowledge is not enough. It is about understanding the business, best-business-practices, Business Process Management, understanding how to introduce and manage change and understand how to deal with the cultural (behavior) aspect of the project (process)... Supporting businesses in their improvement process (an LN implementation if often part of a 'bigger' project) requires many skills that are not often found in one person. Should that matter? No, fact is that there is a whole network of partners (each with their own specialty) to join forces and help projects being succesful. I have worked with Vladimir and can confirm that in the LN-world nobody has to stand alone... It's all a matter of reaching out...
