Did you put a copy of rxtx jar in the same folder where you stored your own jar?

now . it working . i read port RS232. it is done . i have question . is it read port RS232 on client or server ?

To read the port on the client, you have to run something on the client. With LN UI that is not possible, with Worktop/BW you can, but is not supported anymore as of LN 10.4.
Better is to build an application that runs on the client that sends a file to the server or call an LN web service to process the data.
